Neeti Kailas
Design strategist, Nestle Purina Petcare Co.
Neeti Kailas co-founded Sohum Innovation Lab in India to work on affordable health care projects. She was awarded the Rolex Award for Enterprise in 2014 for her work in screening newborns for hearing loss.
Kailas also is a design strategist at Nestle Purina Petcare. She has a master’s degree in industrial design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, where she joined the college’s partnership with INSEAD: The Business School for the World. Kailas is featured in Forbes India magazine’s February 2015 issue: 30 Under 30.
