Manager of Member and Community Recognition
Naomi Heisler joined IDSA in July 2025, and supports design excellence as Manager of Member and Community Recognition. Naomi is an experienced professional practiced in providing proactive, best-in-class member support to a variety of audiences across a diverse range of platforms.
She is passionate about meeting members where they are at and celebrating their success. Prior to joining IDSA, Naomi was the Manager of Marketing Operations at Alliance for a Healthier Generation, a non-profit that supports whole-child health. There, she developed outreach strategies to promote America’s Healthiest Schools, Healthier Generation’s school recognition program.
Outside of work, Naomi can be found trying a new cooking project, knitting, or going for a long walk in her local park.
