CEO and Career Wayfinder Coach, InspiHER Tech Laurie Swanson guides differently ambitious women to find clarity, build confidence, discover direction, and connect deeply—to themselves, others, and their soul-guided Self. She blends the practical with the magical—career strategy with creativity, metaphor, mindset practices, and Spiritual Intelligence—to help women create careers that feel authentic, fulfilling, and free. Laurie began her career as a software engineer before moving into technology recruiting and software sales. In 1995, she founded The Laso Corporation, growing it into a multi-million-dollar IT search firm. After her two kids got their driver’s licenses (and she suddenly had more space in her day), Laurie was ready for different. She got certified as a Martha Beck Wayfinder Coach (2015) and iPEC Energy Leadership Coach (2022), launched InspiHER Tech in 2018, and founded the Career Alchemy Academy, a community of women creating differently ambitious careers together. A TEDx speaker on “Why People Really Hate Their Jobs,” Laurie is also a keynote and panelist on careers, confidence, mindset, and leadership, integrating a spirit-led approach—helping audiences tap their inner guidance and higher wisdom for clarity, courage, and results.
