Kate Morgan is an industrial designer, creative leader, and strategic problem solver who turns big ideas into thoughtfully designed, production-ready products. Working for leading brands including Westinghouse, Bath & Body Works, Johnson & Johnson, TTi, Fisher-Price, and many more, she delivers innovative solutions across consumer products, medical devices, and adjacent industries. A magna cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University, a DAAD Scholar, and Chair of IDSA’s Columbus Chapter, Kate is deeply committed to mentoring emerging talent and creating meaningful products that resonate with users. When she isn't hard at work, Kate enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her partner and two children.
