Kat Reiser is a strategic thinker, driving innovation by understanding what to make and why it matters. In her time as an industrial designer, Kat has had the opportunity to work with companies focused on housewares and packaged goods including Pampered Chef, PepsiCo, Chevron, P&G, and AB InBev, and Oculus. Kat is an advocate for female-centric design within the design process and within the design community. She has spoken at industry events, including the International Design Conference, about the progressive future of design. Kat led the charge for IDSA Chicago’s Women & Design summit in 2018. She also sits on the IDSA Education Council and is the Chair of IDSA’s Chicago Chapter.
