Sarah Burstein is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Oklahoma, where she teaches courses including Copyright and Design Law. Her scholarship focuses on design patents. Burstein frequently speaks and blogs on issues related to design law. She has a law degree from the University of Chicago and a BA in Art & Design from Iowa State University.
