The IDSA Miami (MIA) Chapter serves the networking and professional development needs of industrial designers in Miami, Florida and surrounding areas. Some of the activities and events that Miami Chapter has produced include lectures, studio tours, and collaborations with other professional design organizations. In 2009, Miami was the site of IDSA’s International Design Conference and Education Symposium which brought together designers from around the world for design dialogue and discourse. The annual event was also held in Orlando, FL in 1982 and 1996.
The chapter officers below were elected to position by members of the Miami Chapter and hold a two-year term.
