A thinker and a doer, Clambaneva has 20 years of experience working for tech giant IBM and enterprise software leader Dassault Systemes, leading experience design and innovation projects for clients around the world. In addition, he is a strong communicator, experienced in directing large teams and managing relationships with diverse clients, colleagues, and international stakeholders at all levels. He also has been accountable for securing and retaining high-level clients and Fortune 500 companies in numerous sectors. He has spearheaded design and innovation services across multiple channels, and executed global sales, research, and marketing strategies to facilitate sustainable business growth in highly competitive markets.
Further, Clambaneva is a multifaceted professional, capable of leveraging extensive industry experience and executive management skills to drive the continued achievement of organizational objectives. Clambaneva has an active public speaking schedule around the world. He was elected Member of the Board and Vice President for the Northeast District for the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) in 2012, and as Chair of IDSA’s New York City Chapter in 2010. Currently, he serves on the advisory board of numerous startups and on the executive committee for New York Design Week (NYCxDesign). He lives in New York with his wife and son.

Jay holds Bachelors in Industrial Design from Southern Illinois University and Masters in Business Design from Domus Academy in Milan, Italy. he is also the IDSA section chair of design management.
