Inspired by the flooding incident at the Osong underground tunnel in South Korea, this guardrail is designed to prevent flooding accidents in underground tunnels. When heavy rainfall is expected or water accumulates in the tunnel, the guardrails automatically move to block the entrance of the tunnel and smoothly guide vehicles to adjacent lanes.
