IDSA’s Board of Directors is composed of elected individuals who are empowered and responsible for setting the overall direction, decision-making, compliance, policy setting, and accountability for the organization in fulfilling its mission. Serving on the Board, our highest governing body, is a privilege and a distinct honor. IDSA members vote each year during annual elections to select who represents them on the Board of Directors.
