Bayley McDaniel is a multidisciplinary creative and experiential producer working at the intersection of design, technology, and human connection. With a background in both fashion design and architecture, having studied at The Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and Columbia University, she is particularly interested in how environments—physical, social, and digital—shape behavior, collaboration, and collective imagination. As a Senior Producer for Shift + Alt Events, Bayley helps design dozens of large-scale events annually, helping bring people together across science, tech, and design.
