Jean-Jacques L’Hénaff is a thought leader in design and innovation, known for his impactful contributions to product design and brand development in the global consumer goods sector. With 25+ years of experience building and leading international design teams tailored to various cultural and business context in the US and Asia, L’Hénaff has extensive experience in effectively creating a culture of design within an organization, developing strategies with global teams, and a deep passion for connecting people, brands and products. While continuously refining a human-centric design methodology acquired early in his career, L’Hénaff looks for deeper connections between brand, product and user to spur innovation, increase brand loyalty, and ultimately deliver business results. He has applied his approach to many industries, from consumer electronics, household products, branded environments, to medical devices and private yachts and aircraft interiors; he and his teams have received numerous patents and design awards in Europe, Asia and the USA. Beyond his corporate work, he is a passionate advocate for the power of design to improve lives, regularly speaking at industry events, mentoring young designers, and championing design as a tool for solving social and environmental challenges. A graduate in product and transportation design from Ecole Supérieure de Design Industriel in Paris, he has completed executive training programs at Harvard and Tuck/Dartmouth business schools.
