Juliane Trummer has more than 18 years’ experience with the interface of industrial design and design strategy for leading companies in the US and Europe. She formed part of the core design team for the 787 Dreamliner while working for Teague/Boeing and specializes in helping clients create delightful customer journeys that add value to both the user experience and the business. As Insights & Strategy Director, Trummer has led user-centered projects for multiple clients in the banking, telco, health and airline sectors, among others.
