David Thorpe is a founding partner of Industry, a design and innovation company that specializes in integrating product, interactive, retail and brand design. He was previously with Ziba for over 17 years. As creative director of Ziba’s Digital Lifestyle Group, Thorpe led strategic creative programs for a wide range of companies. He blends a solid technical background with strategic thinking and innovation management expertise to redefine markets through design. His work helped win numerous IDEAs for his clients. Active in sustainable design, he received the Shades of Green-Best of the Northwest award for sustainable architecture. He earned his bachelor’s in engineering-product design at Stanford University.
