Robson Splane is the founder of Splane Design Associates and Care-a-peutics and the co-founder of Miriam J Inc. Within the field of design, he has worked as a professor, designer, consultant and manufacturer. During his 30-year career, he’s been involved with hundreds of projects, but none of these projects provided him the freedom and satisfaction of his latest business model, DreamProjects. Under DreamProjX, Splane and his team no longer perform design for hire, but are exclusively dedicated to the design and development of new innovations, products and technologies of their own. This has enabled him to become much more profitable while growing smaller.
