Scott Gant, IDSA

Scott Gant is an innovative leader and design entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in program management, product design, human factors and high tech manufacturing. Scott has managed design teams as well as consumer and commercial product lines for Dell, HP, Kodak and Compaq. In these roles Scott developed a deep understanding and ability to develop product solutions to optimize customer needs, business goals and manufacturing efficiencies.
Scott is currently an Executive Partner with FES International where he leads business development, marketing and product design.

Prior to his design career, Scott completed six years of distinguished service as a captain in the Marine Corps. He has a true appreciation for global culture and markets—he has lived and worked in the US, Latin America, Caribbean, Africa, Asia and Europe.
Scott is an active member of IDSA and held Co-Chair and Treasurer positions for the Texas IDSA Chapter from 1999-2002. He continues to share a passion for innovation, design and advocating for industrial design as a catalyst for business success.
