Richard is responsible for Smart Design’s direction and focuses on client projects in technology and health and wellness. He’s constantly pushing the limits on how design and technology can make a difference to organizations and people. Richard has received numerous awards for his work, including IDEA Gold, FastCo Innovation, Service Design Network and D&AD awards and sits on DMI's advisory board.
