Richard Crisp, IDSA

Distinguished Engineer, Dell Technologies Richard is an award-winning Distinguished Engineer in Dell’s Experience Innovation Group, and a key member of the design team focused on crafting best-in-class user experiences for IT Professionals using PowerEdge hardware. Richard is also looking to the future, developing North Star strategic visions for new product categories as well as focusing on sustainability within all aspects of the product lifecycle. He has a strong track record in moving innovation and conceptual ideas into production successfully while bringing cross-functional teams together throughout the process. He’s also a mentor to many designers within the organization. Richard graduated from Coventry University with a BA Hons, Industrial Design and holds over 80 patents at both Dell and IBM.
