A native of Cleveland’s Westside, Jason Radcliffe grew up playing with Lego’s and building models. Forty Four Steel was born out of Radcliffe’s technical design background and a family history of building industrial process equipment. His designs are influenced by late 18th and early 19th century industrial revolution era machinery that has a heavy and durable feel to it, along with the works of both Victor Schreckengost and Frank Lloyd Wright.
