Philip Palermo is a Co-founder and Partner of design innovation at Formation design group, established in 1999. At Formation Phil leads and serves as client liaison to many clients. Philip is experienced at leading design programs that range from concept seeking ideation projects to long-term development programs with multiple milestones and detailed design follow through. He has more than 20years of experience in all facets of the Industrial design and product development process. At Formation, Phil works closely with his Partners in keeping a tight vision of the company for the purposes of insuring long-term success and maintaining a strong presence in the design community.
