Innovation is in the Moser blood. The Moser family is responsible for the oil filter, the pressure gauge and the terms horsepower and watt. Robert Moser began his own career in innovation in 2006 when he graduated from the College for Creative Studies with a bachelor’s degree in industrial design and graphic design. For the next six years, he worked for product development consulting firm Mixer Design Group in Austin, TX, first as a design associate and later as a design lead. He helped clients, such as Dell, Hewlett Packard and 3M improve their products and find greater value for their customers. In 2011, he graduated from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business with a master’s in business administration. Later that year, he moved back home to Detroit, MI to work at Chrysler Automotive Group. At Chrysler, he is an innovation manager using modern tools and creative processes to create innovative features for the company’s A and B segment vehicles, such as the Fiat 500.
