I have 8+ years experience as the first designer at Sterling International: a mid-size company. I have worked closely with the company’s president, Rod Schneidmiller to produce lab and field tested solutions to pest problems. I have covered the complete process from ideation to product production to realize highly effective, successful products. I enjoy working with a multidisciplinary team to create powerful products. I look forward to continuing to expand the product line with meaningful solutions that will enable the business to grow.
