Why/how did you choose to pursue a career in industrial design?
An avid artist as a youth, and a background in construction brought me to Stage Design in High school where I designed and built all the scenery and props. I then discovered Pratt Institute and the vast world of design.
What are your strongest design capabilities?
I have a strong sense of form and aesthetics and a mechanically inclined mind, I can conceptualize and also consider the realities of manufacturing and production.
What has been the most valuable lesson in the practice of design you have acquired thus far?
What are your goals for your design career?
I am seeking a creative environment with a team of passionate people with different views where I can help to create meaningful, beautiful products. I enjoy the variety of the consultancy setting, though I am looking to experience an in-house setting as well.
