Robb Hunter is an industrial designer who specializes in form development and surfacing. He is a product strategist with a deep understanding of materials and manufacturing. Hunter bridges the gap between strategy and actionable design. He has worked across many categories and with global brands including Honeywell, Intel, Gerber, Icon Motorcycles, Incase and Nike, to name a few.
He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in industrial design. During his tenure, his focus was transportation design. His senior capstone project was developing an open source platform for 2-wheeled vehicles. Flashing forward to today, Hunter custom builds motorcycles “after hours” and maintains his passion for vehicle design. He is a hands-on designer—fabricating, welding and prototyping both at INDUSTRY and on his many personal projects.
