Phil Gilbert (@philgilbertsr) is General Manager of IBM Design, a team formed in 2012 to focus on scaling a consistent practice of great design, recruiting and retaining top talented designers and simplifying access to IBM’s broad portfolio of capabilities. IBM Design works across IBM Software, Systems and Services. Previously, Gilbert led the Business Process Management segment for IBM, where he drove the simplification of its portfolio and the ease-of-use of its products. He joined IBM in 2010 when Lombardi Software, where he was President, was acquired.
