Thomas (Tom) Foust joined Delta Faucet Co. in 2010 and is responsible for developing business and product concepts (sometimes called the “fuzzy front-end”) for the company. He brings more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience to his role that centers on identifying unmet, unspoken consumer needs, converting them to insights and then into business strategies with profitable results. Before Delta Faucet, he worked in a similar capacity as a consultant for several companies, including Char-Broil, PetSmart, Jarden, Oster, Franke International, Ames True Temper Tools, Garant, Desa International, Tippmann, Indianapolis Zoo, Catalina Lighting and others. An associate professor at Indiana University, Foust holds a doctorate in philosophy and a master’s in history.
