Edward Bohnenstiehl is a collaborative designer located on gulf side of the Tampa Bay area. A graduate of Auburn University and Art Institute of Fort Laurdale, he has experience as a project manager, product stylist, designer, collaborator and engineering professional. He has held staff positions at Pininfaria Extra, Seadoo, QCI Marine Offshore and Regal Boats before launching Yacht Design Works and Destine Design Works in 2017.
Edward is also a decorated 13 year veteran of the United States Coast Guard Reserve responding to Katrina, Deep Water Horizon and multiple Humanitarian Service Missions. When not designing and creating Edward enjoys traveling, exploring, cooking and boating. With this new role in IDSA, he hopes to learn and grow with the Industrial Design community to forage lasting relationships through educational and professional comradery.
