Dorothy Dunn is a recognized cultural leader and producer of exhibitions, programs, events, and products. She has worked with the Smithsonian Institution, the Philip Johnson Glass House, the Aspen Institute, AIGA, the Robert Rauschenberg Foundation, The Getty Center and the Buckminster Fuller Institute, among others. Recognized as a dynamic leader and creative catalyst, she envisions and crafts new visions, experiences and partnerships that offer positive engagement and foster action.
Dorothy was founding Director of America: Now and Here, Director of Visitor Experience at The Philip Johnson Glass House, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and Director of Education at Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum, Smithsonian Institution.
Dorothy also helped establish and manages the Sara Little Foundation. Sara Little, was a prominent woman African-American designer in the 40’s-60’s who passed away in 2015.
