Margaux Boyaval leverages nearly 15 years of product development consulting experience as a results-driven, dynamic and equitable leader. In her current role, she fosters a diverse client base in the consumer health care, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. She oversees program managers to set a strategic development path and ensures resources are appropriately deployed to exceed client expectations. Additionally, she directs internal innovation teams – inclusive of industrial design, human factors, global consumer insights, usability research, mechanical engineering and manufacturing disciplines – to navigate initial conceptualization through to product manufacturing. She graduated with a bachelor’s in fine arts in industrial design and an associate’s in graphic design from Rochester Institute of Technology.
