IDSA Member's Firm Returns to its Roots to Spark Innovation

A global product design and business innovation firm co-founded by John Nottingham, IDSA, is teaming up with Case Western Reserve University to insprire inventors.

Nottingham Spirk, based in Cleveland, will create a first-floor location in the university's new, seven-story innovation center, to offer space, technology and guidance to students and community members to imagine ideas and transform them into products.

"The first level will reflect our longstanding relationship with Case Western Reserve—a connection that dates back to our carriage house days," says Nottingham, whose firm began 43 years ago in a carriage house on the Case Western Reserve campus, and has since been involved in more than 900 commercialized US and international patents.
