University of Cincinnati Alum Designs for All

When The Access Strength, designed by Ryan Eder, IDSA, won in several categories in IDSA's International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) a few years ago, he was inspired to turn his accessible exercise equipment into a business called IncludeFitness. Now, the entrepreneur tells the Cincinatti Business Courier he's received orders from hospitals, physical therapy centers, community centers, the hospitality market and the military,

“We’re just accessible equipment,” says the graduate of the University of Cincinnati's industrial design program. “We don’t have a bias where this is wheelchair only or senior only, we’re just accessible to everyone regardless of their ability.”
