The Spring 2016 INNOVATION explores ID and the role women play in the profession. Reflecting on the Women in Design Professional Interest Section’s founded in 1992 to the present day, the issue will feature articles focusing on marketing to women, design management, social entrepreneurship, initiatives in education, career paths and choices, STEM and business trends in recruiting. The authors reflect on their experiences and expectations for the future.
