Director of Customer Information Systems
As director of customer information systems, Allan Gordon focuses on enhancing the value of IDSA membership, building the community of member and non-member customers and delivering customer service.
Gordon has more than two decades of professional experience in not-for-profit administration including almost 15 years in association management. Previously, he leveraged his program management skills as an information technology business analyst and project manager at QuadraMed, an IT healthcare software development firm. Prior to that, Gordon was director of chapter services at ATD (Association for Talent Development). He also served in several key functions at the American Thoracic Society where he was director of member services and chapter relations.
Originally from Trinidad, Gordon moved to New York City and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the City College of New York (CUNY) and an education program design and development certificate from Baruch College (CUNY). An admitted tech junkie and early adopter, Gordon stays up-to-date in his spare time on new technologies and advances in the ever-growing mobile world.
