IDSA's Women in Design special interest section supports all female-identified and non-binary designers in achieving their full professional potential. Members are encouraged to share perspectives on career development, build their professional skills, and expand their networks by planning and participating in sponsored lectures, workshops, panel discussions, and other professional development events. The section provides a constructive, inclusive and honest environment for discussing and co-creating solutions for real-world issues. Social events throughout the year complement the section's professional focus, providing further opportunities for members to leverage the incredible knowledge and resources available to them within a diverse, international community.
