Home decorating in India is handled almost entirely by contractors. Consumers have little involvement in home décor and don’t use much color in their homes. The challenge of the Asian Paints Colour Store project was to design a flagship store that would inspire consumers to do more with color. Rather than focusing on selling paint, this store inspires consumers and drives business to the Asian Paints network of dealers.
