1992 Cooper Woodring, FIDSA (b. 1937)
At its WORLDESIGN92 international conference in San Francisco, IDSA honored Mr. Woodring "for his unstinting work and investment on behalf of industrial design." In the mid-1980s, he made industrial design copyright legislation his own crusade, testifying and lobbying on behalf of IDSA and the Profession.
