Paolo Malabuyo is a user experience designer, manager, leader and teacher. He has spent more than 20 years delivering products and services across entertainment, automotive, gaming, consumer electronics, enterprise, hardware, software, social and mobile on a wide range of blue chip to blue sky companies. He’s currently a director of design at Netflix, where he leads the team for the global web and acquisition experiences. Malabuyo also is an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University in Silicon Valley, and an advisor to various companies.
