Information Collection & Use

IDSA collects personal information when you register with IDSA, when you use IDSA products or services and when you enter awards competitions. Upon registration IDSA asks for information such as your name, title, company affiliation, mailing address, email address and phone and fax numbers. Once registered and signed in to access our services, you are not anonymous to us. IDSA automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, IDSA cookie information and the page you request.

 

IDSA uses information for the following general purposes:

Users can edit their account information including marketing preferences at any time. From time to time, IDSA may add new categories of marketing communications. Users can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following the instructions contained in the messages they receive.

IDSA reserves the right to send users certain communications relating to IDSA’s services such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Newsletter which are considered part of the users IDSA account without offering users the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
