Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design (required)
• Exceptional creative thinker and visual communicator
• Managerial prowess for mentoring creative and technical team members
• Diverse experience across a multitude of categories and manufacturing processes
• 7+ years working as an industrial designer
• 3+ years managing a design staff of at least 3 people
• Expert sketching and rendering skills
• Highly organized and capable multi-tasker
• Able to persuasively present design concepts to clients
• Directs CAD and prototyping ensuring accurate embodiment and execution of design
• Fluent in relevant software (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, Hypershot, Rhino) and PowerPoint
• Longevity in past employment
