IDEA 2015 Jury Named

The IDEA 2015 Jury has been selected!  Leading the panel this year as Jury Chair is Matthew Marzynski, IDSA.

Marzynski teaches industrial design at the University of Washington's School of Art + Art History + Design.  He has had a diverse industrial design career that has found him observing surgery, wearing body armor and testing the engineering of makeup, among other experiences.  Marzynski more recently led the industrial design team at Fluke, makers of rugged industrial test and measurement tools.

“I am deeply honored to be entrusted with the chairmanship and am excited about our stellar jury lineup, as well as the changes we are making,” Marzynski said.  “Both our entrants and our jurors will see some thoughtful and significant improvements to the way they engage the process; we have exciting plans for the awards ceremony in my home town of Seattle as well.”
