A Deal for Designers

Autodesk Fusion 360 Offers Major Software Discount and Free Training

Autodesk Fusion 360 was created with the industrial designer in mind. Now, you can explore and solve your most complex design challenges with a single software tool. Fusion 360 also integrates collaboration, simulation and machining in one package that works on PC and Mac. From Black Friday on Nov. 25, 2016 through Cyber Monday on Nov. 28, Fusion 360 is available at an 80 percent discount! Autodesk is offering Fusion 360 at just $120 for a two-year subscription—or $100 for one year. The offer is available here.

Fusion 360 is the first 3D CAD, CAM and CAE tool of its kind. Among other things, it quickly iterate on design ideas with sculpting tools to explore form and modeling tools to create finishing features. Fusion 360 enables you to seamlessly move from free-from sculpting tools to parametric modeling.  This connects your entire product development process in a single cloud-based platform.

“In our studio, we’ve fully adopted Fusion 360, and now it’s a standard tool for Steelcase globally," says John Hamilton, design studio director of Coalesse.

His team couldn't agree more. “The best thing about Fusion 360 is that it integrates different modeling styles, so collaboration isn’t a hurdle," says Matt Johnson, industrial designer at Coalesse.“I can make shapes I would never have been able to create so quickly with any other program," adds Baillie Davis, also an industrial designer at Coalesse.
