The CNBC television show Adventure Capitalists is casting entrepreneurs who have created outdoor products for camping, hiking, adventure, recreation, transportation, survival, etc. “If you have a product that’s ready to be field tested and are looking for the funds to take it to the next level, then we want to hear from you,” challenges Matt Nakamura, casting producer.
Adventure Capitalists gives entrepreneurs the chance to showcase their product in the environment it’s designed for—the great outdoors! "The outdoor product marketplace is an exciting field that requires durability, function and aesthetics to work together to create a stellar product," adds Nakamura. "We know that these are areas that all great designers think about and we're very eager to see how amazing industrial design can thrive in the great outdoors."
The first season of Adventure Capitalists featured three potential investors: former Olympian and NFL player Jeremy Bloom; Boost Mobile co-founder Craig Cooper; and former NFL player Dhani Jones. The next round of production begins in early 2017. See eligibility requirements and apply here by the end of 2016. Questions? Contact Nakamura for more information.
