INFORMATION FOR FINALISTS

Congratulations! In order to advance to the final round of judging, it is critical that you follow the next steps in a timely manner. Finalists who do not submit the necessary materials on time will not receive an IDEA Award. The materials we ask you to send will depend on your category so please follow these instructions carefully. If you have questions please contact IDSA.

NOTE: You must *not* announce your Finalist status in any public way until all winners are announced in BusinessWeek on July 18, 2008.

***The deadline for receipt of all entry materials and fee payments is April 25th, 2008. (Students are exempt from the Finalist fee although other material handling fees will apply.)

What to Send

All IDEA Finalists must send:

+ Two (2) copies of the original entry form printed from the edit/submit tab in OmniContests

This entry form will show a low-resolution glamour shot just for quick reference; it will not be printed with all original images or PDFs. All entrants should send up to 10 (ten) printed high quality images/PDFs including your glamour shot. Images and PDFs may be board-mounted (not required) but must be no larger than 8 ½” x 11". If you submitted a video, you may also send on CD/DVD a higher resolution video no longer than 60 seconds in length.

Don’t forget, you must NOT include the designer’s or design firm names anywhere on the printed entry form, images or other submitted material (excluding shipping and release forms) or your entry will be disqualified. Do NOT send design credits or a list of the designer's names.
Final design credits will be verified with winners prior to any publication or announcement.

+ Signed Release Statement
(Include this in the same package with the rest of your materials; although it has entrant's information on it, it will be separated from the other entry materials prior to judging.)
