• Modular design allows for easy replacement parts, prolonging the life of the chair
• Research revealed complaints with mesh that inspired the development of a new, patented process to manufacture a softer, colorful and more inviting mesh fabric
• Consumer has a choice of leather, fabric, mesh or the customer's own material
• Further design research indicated that knobs are intimidating, so each control was designed to be intuitive, the shape indicating whether it should be pulled, pushed or turned.
