Engineers don't understand designers. Here is the solution!

We have a great little product /tool/giveaway/promotion piece, depending on how you look at it. It is the output of a project from Loughborough university in the UK. They studied the reasons that designers and engineers do not get along.  The main finding was a lack of understanding of how each of them did their jobs. Essentially a communication issue. So what they did was to develop a chart with all the things that designers do and at which stage in the process they do it. VISUALLY!

This is a really cool piece of work that has the dual function of helping a non designer to understand design. We would like to put these into production and offer them for sale on our website as well as give them away at our international conference and send them out to high schools around the country.

To do this and to use this to promote your design firm, we are looking for a sponsor for around $15,000 so that we can produce the print run.
