Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Security Evolution

As airport security continues to ramp up, so does the stress of travelers. And a chaotic environment with stressed passengers makes hostile intent more difficult to detect. Therefore, the Transportation Security Administration needed to empower officers to apply experience and critical thinking in new ways. The design team created an experiential training checkpoint and curriculum for managers to teach officers this new people-centered security strategy.
