Student IDEA Award Winners

Students win big in IDSA's IDEA Awards. The International Design Excellence Awards always have a fantastic number of entries from students who have traditionally done very well in the awards. A few years ago a student entry won the best of the best of the best or "IDEA Best in Show" award, trumping all professional entries for the juries choice!

Everyone can be a winner whether you are a practicing professional, a master or a student and while design experience counts for a lot when it comes to producing excellence, as you can see in the work displayed in the IDEA Galleries. This is especially so when a product has to be put into production and make money for a client in a target market, but at the idea level, which is still the foundation stone of all successful designs, students have as good a chance of displaying ingenuity and excellence in thinking through the problem as a professional!
