Hearing Aid Research
This exploration into the needs of hearing aid users influenced the development of products that significantly improve an undesirable experience. Contextual inquiries and in-depth interviews revealed the emotional and physical challenges faced by people with hearing disabilities, while perceptual studies revealed the product attributes and visual cues that resonate with 60- to 80-year-olds.
