Districts

Districts Overview
The Board of Directors may establish geographic districts as needed. Currently, IDSA has five districts (Northeast, Mideast, South, Midwest and Western). All Districts are part of the Society and not separate legal entities, and shall further and abide by the purposes and objectives of the society in accordance with the bylaws.

The board may form and rearrange the boundaries of districts at its discretion, as the needs of the membership indicate.
