Dan Harden, IDSA is president and chief designer of Whipsaw Inc., a world renowned industrial design and development firm based in the Silicon Valley.  Throughout his 29-year career, Harden has designed hundreds of hit products for clients such as Acer, Adiri, AT&T, Braun, Cisco, Disney, Eton, GE, Intel, Leapfrog, Livescribe, Logitech, Motorola, Topcon and Sony. He has won over 125 design awards (IDEA, Red Dot, Gmark, IF, MDEA) and been granted over 150 patents.  His creations are in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian’s Cooper Hewitt Design Museum, the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design and the Pasadena Museum of California Art. Harden has been featured in Axis, BusinessWeek, CNN, Design, Domus, Fast Company, Form, Fortune, Metropolis, Newsweek, Time and Wired. Harden graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, and Art.
